By booking you are signing an agreement. this agreement represents the full understanding between Ka8s.Photography and the Client. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

A signed contract and Payment are required to reserve a session date. Remaining balances must be paid before the session as agreed. 

Both parties agree to respectful communication and cooperation to achieve the best possible results.

All images created by Ka8s.Photography remain protected under copyright law. Clients receive a limited personal and business-use license for purchased images, including use on websites, social media, marketing materials, and branding. Images may not be sold, heavily altered, filtered, or used for resale products without written permission from Ka8s.Photography.

Clients may share delivered images online for personal and business use. Excessive editing, filters, or alterations are prohibited.

The Client grants Ka8s.Photography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competitions, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Standard editing is included. Final galleries are typically delivered within the estimated timeframe discussed at booking.

Ka8s.Photography reserves the right to pause, modify, or reschedule services due to unsafe or equipment-damaging conditions, including severe weather, debris, moisture, or unsafe venues.

Laser Policy: Stage, DJ, or entertainment lasers can permanently damage camera sensors. If lasers are active during the session or event, Ka8s.Photography will immediately stop photographing and safely put away equipment until lasers are no longer in use. Ka8s.Photography is not responsible for missed coverage during this time. Clients are responsible for informing venues, DJs, and lighting operators of this policy whenever possible.

Clients must provide advance notice for rescheduling. Late arrivals reduce shooting time, and arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may require a new booking. Additional outfits, locations, participants, permits, parking, or venue fees may incur additional charges.

Ka8s.Photography is not responsible for issues outside the photographer’s control, including hair, makeup, wardrobe malfunctions, or forgotten props.

In the unlikely event of lost, stolen, or damaged files beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

By booking, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
